Trouble with embedded images getting blocked to some recipients

Pierre

Hi,

Product : Microsoft Outlook XP

I'm having this little annoying problem. When I send mail to a couple of
recipents, some of them do not get the embedded images (No problem with
attached images). This is strange. Some of these recipients are members of
our domain and some aren't. (We are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2K3)

However, the embedded pics get to almost all of the recipents that are not
in our domain?????

This is very frustrating!!!!!

I do not want to go back to Outlook Express to solve this problem...

Please help....

Are you saying that when you use Outlook Express to send messages with
embedded images, then all recipients will receive them?

What type of images are you embedding?

Hi Pat.

Yes, Outlook Express does send them. I have however solved the probem and
thank you for trying to help.

It was the Contact itself. I have used the same Contact list in my .pst for
the last five years - Importing it every time I move my mail. There seems to
have been a corruption in some of the contacts. I simply deleted the contacts
and re-created them. Solved the problem instantly.

It is the importing that has caused this. Importing always loses or alters
the data. There's never a need to import or export when transferring data
between Outlook and Outlook.
