Trouble with attachments

I started having trouble sending attachments recently. The mail is getting
through to some of the recipients, while others on the same email are not
getting through. This problem started occurring about two weeks ago.

If at least one of your recipients is receiving your sent email correctly,
then there is nothing wrong with your Windows Mail.
Do you get any non-delivery reports ('bounce' notices)?
Perhaps the size of the attachment exceeds the mailbox limit for
some of your recipients, or it is getting intercepted by spam filters
on the recipient's end.

I don't get any non-delivery reports. The files are 165 KB and 93.5 KB Excel
2000 files that I update and send out weekly. I didn't think that it made
sense for some to get it while others didn't if there was a problem with my
system.

Then the only conclusion I can reach is that some of your recipients
have overly aggressive spam filters, either on their PC or on their
mail server. Tell them to look in the Spam folder in both places.
