After trying the Access 2007 online test drive, I can no longer open any
Access 2003 databases! Any idea about what I should do?

Sarah ,

Try locating one of your 2003 mdb files using the Windows Explorer and right
click on the file. Select the "Open With" option and specify Access 2003.
That should cause Access 2003 to go through a process of re-initilization and
the file should open.

Thank you, but it still doesn't work. It says I'm missing 'required library
files' and cannot open.

And Microsoft claimed the reason they were offering it online was that it
wouldn't cause this type of problem, as opposed to downloading a test version,
which could cause this kind of thing!

Sarah,

Are you not able to reset the 'required library files'?

From the "Tools, Reverences" menu options. Then uncheck any references that
indicate missing, and then locate and check the appropriate reference.

I have not had any reference problems but that does not mean that you would
not.

Sarah, I would suggest calling Microsoft tech support and they should help
you fix this situation.
