Trouble Windows Defender

When I get on a failed application message appears saying. Application
failed to initializ 0x8001066a a problem service stoped with the Window
Defender. I have reboted my computer twice and shut it down but it does not
correct it self.
It says that I can to to help & support and go to how to start a service
manual but I cant find it in the help pages.
Please help me.

In the future questions about Windows Defender should be posted to one of
the Defender newsgroups.
