trouble sending to overseas email addresses

I am having trouble sending email to overseas addresses. I use Comcast and a
Blackberry phone. When I send emails from my phone the emails get through to
the recipient. When I send email from Outlook, they are consistently
returned. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is this problem not a result
of Outlook? Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Hard to say without any configuration details and the exact non-delivery
receipt. The fact that it is "overseas" doesn't matter in terms of the
Internet.

Remove ABCD from Email address to reply

Are both your Outlook setup and Blackberry using the same sending email
address and the same ISP. If different servers then the ISP at the other
end could have blocked the Outlook server (maybe mistakenly) as a spam
server. I had a problem similar to this on a local email and my ISP had to
"clear" that server. Unfortunately, in my case the same server gets logged
as a spammer quite often and I switched ISPs.
