Trouble Registering with Individual.net

I have an existing account with individual.net and tried to register for
its new plan but in filling out the information it makes one choose a
new username and password even though I filled in the info indicating
that I had an existing account.
Has anyone else tried to register? What am I doing wrong?

You're probably facing west when you should be facing east.
Did you try bowing several times before you clicked the "pay us in euros"
button?

OK. I solved it. The new user name was for its payment program. I
think.
