trouble recieving email

hello to all,
i'm using microsoft outlook express. I can send email but im having trouble
recieving email. I don't know what to do. i'm not much of a computer person.
so any help would be appreciated thanks alot.

Outlook and Outlook express are two different programs. Please post to one
of the outlookexpress newsgroups. I also suggest you post some info about
your settings, version and what you have tried so far.
