Trouble Printing

I recently upgraded my users to Office 07. One of them is recieving a "could
not complete the operation. one or more parameter values are not valid"
baloon everytime she tries to print. I have tried reinstalling office, and
have run the diagnostic tools till I'm blue in the face. Any ideas?
 
Try printing in Outlook Safe Mode, does it work then?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
