trouble installing windows xp service pack 2 update

When I try to update to the windows xp service pack 2 I get a message window
that says:
setup cannot copy file callcont.dll Ensure that the location specified below
is correct, or change it and insert windows xp system files in drive you
specify
copy files from C:\program files\netmeeting
I click ok but it still gives me the same message. Since XP was preinstalled
when I purchased my computer I do not have a system file disc. Please help.
What do I do?

Google callcont.dll , d/l and install ( yours might be corrupt )
