Trouble installing requried translator for contact export into.csv

Downloaded Office 2003/Outlook.
When attempting to export contacts into .csv, error message that file
SKU112.CAB could not be found. Prompts me to browse to the installation
source on network. Problem is, I can't seem to locate the corrext
installation folder when browsing, therefore, unable to install the
translator.
Please help.

Ask your network admin for the installation point. We certainly don't know it.

B/c I am a home user, there is no network admin to ask, hence why i am
posting on this forum.
{Forget the where on my network...} Can you at least tell me what MS Office
folder I need to select when browsing my downloaded program files in order to
properly install the required translator?

Was Outlook preinstalled on your PC when you bought it? Bu the way, I have
no idea what you mean by "downloading Outlook 2003", since there is nowhere
from which you can download a legal retail copy. Trial, yes. Retail, no.
