Trouble Installing HDTV Wonder

Hi,

Have an HDTV Wonder card installed into a P4 3.2GHz PC with sapphire
radeon x850 xt, on ASUS P5AD2-E Premium board with SATA 300gb HD as
boot, 2 DVD burners and 2 HD connected off the RAID capable IDE
controller and win x pro with all updates, and Mcafee vscan 8.0.
Install went fine, however tv tuner fails to initialize [HDTV works
fine]. Ran PC Check and the only isseu that come up are that my 2 DVD
burners and 2 HD's off the IDE/RAID controller have ? for DMA. On boot
these devices are all running as UltraDMA [the HD's at UDMA 5, the DVD
burners at UDMA 4 & 2]. In windows under device manager for the primary
and secondary IDE controllers the drivers are set to DMA if possible.
All HD's and Burners appear to be working.

I have downloaded the latest ati drivers for the hardware from
support.ati.com [incl mmc 9.06, and the latest dtv decoder and mdac]. I
have the latest ati drivers for the radeon x850xt as well.

Any suggestiosn on how I can get the regular [non HD] tv to work?
