Trouble importing email addresses from excel to outlook 2007

I successfully imported my contacts from my old outlook by saving them in
excel and importing the excel file to my new outlook account. However, no
email addresses sent. In fact, the contacts name and phone number appear in
to email address column. Got any ideas on how to fix this?

Very simple - don't export, just copy your .pst file and open it in Outlook. Then drag and drop you items from the old to the new.
