Trouble getting into slideshow mode on screen with a projector

Help- I am running PPT 2003 off my Acer laptop with Windows XP, when I have
the image projected through a Toshiba projector onto a screen, I can't get
the image enlarged into slide show mode. It will show the slide full screen
on my laptop, but it stays in working mode on the screen. I have tried all
the different ways to get into slide show mode on the screen, and changed the
views as well but the tools bars still show. Any ideas...? Thanks!
 
Hi

Check SLIDE SHOW > SET UP SHOW > SHOW TYPE

It probably needs to be presented by a speaker. You may have browsed by an
individual which would do as you say.
