Trouble connecting to the internet

I asked for help last week reinstalling IE and I think managed to do so
successfully. I am still getting the same error message when I connect to the
internet as I was before I removed IE. This is my 2nd computer and I am sure
I have all the connection settings the same as my other computer. In
outlook express It comes up with "an error occured loading TCP/IP. Account
Server Port 110 (SSL) No, Error number 0x800CCC43. Any help would be much
appreciated.

Hi Annie :)

The Winsock is not correct, it has a bad address. If your problem is with
Outlook Express take a look at the information below and see if it helps:

Hope this helps.

Windows version? What problems were you having that you thought
reinstalling IE would solve? How did you reinstall IE?
