trouble backingup files

i have a vivo computer and on my version of windows xp, i
have to load (ntbackup.exe) of the windows xp cd , but
when i bought the computer they gave me several cd's
saying "system recovery 1,2,3disk" "system software
1,2,3disk" which one will have the O.S. on it

Recovery CDs are proprietary to the manufacturer. You'll have to ask "vivo"
technical support.
