Trouble after update

Last night, my computer auto-downloaded and installed SP2, and then asked me
to restart the Computer. But now it is caught in some kind of loop and
restarts over and over and over...... Anyone heard of this problem before,
and how do i fix it?
I have tried to boot in failsafe and from cd without luck.
