Trouble Adding Workgroups

I am new to setting up networks. I have done so a few times (hit-and-miss
method using the Network Setup Wizard). Currently I have two machines M1 and
M2 that are both supposedly added to a workgroup called WGroup1 (I double
checked this in the system properties also). I have modified the properties
of the MyDocuments of both machines to share the files. On M1 I can see and
access M2 documents. However, M2 cannot see nor access M1 documents. What is
my problem?

I believe that M2 for some reason cannot see M1, why is that and what can I
do to remedy this problem?

Asymmetrical visibility, in Network Neighborhood, is possibly the single most
commonly reported problem in this forum.
