Trouble accessing my business contacts...HELP!

I have been using BCM for several months now and really like it. Recently I went to access one of my business contacts and I got the following error message "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an outlook form instead. The form required to use this message cannot be displayed. Please contact your administrator.

I think I may have moved or changed the name of the file. Is that possible and how can I restore my business contacts? I have so many critical notes and other information that I cannot access. Any thoughts, I am desparate!

Delete the frmcache.dat file on your hard drive. It might be a hidden file
so make sure you're searching hidden and system files when you look for it.
Do this with Outlook closed. Then reopen Outlook.
