Trojan returning. Need help!

I have been removing a trojan virus for the past couple of days, and it is
still returning to my computer. I removed it with Microsoft Anti-Spyware,
Ad-aware and AVG, and it's still returning. It's name is Trojan.NameShifter.
It opens from time to time MSDOS applications with commands like c/wtf, and
it looks like I-Explorer is getting this bug in and out. Any suggestions in
how to permanently remove this trojan?

I know what the problem is. The file jkkjj.dll Isn't getting removed. I tried
doing it manually, but it said that another user or program is using the
file. If so, how can I know which program is using it so I shut it down and
remove the file?
