Does anyone recognise the abovementioned Trojan? My AVG
freeware 'Resident Shield' has identified it and located
it (its sat on a .dll file) but my normally excellent AVG
anti-virus software won't shift it.My AVG software
doesn't allow access to their technical service and I'm
Trojan-inexperienced and have no idea how to remove such
a beast manually.
