trojan horse

my comp has told me that i have a trojan horse virus...i have norton anti virus but it says it cannot fix it does anyone know how to delete this virus.please help

It is probably in the protected restore files. Turn off System Restore ,
reboot then turn System Restore back on. Jym

Not without knowing the name of the Trojan. And if you know the name of the
trojan then a Google search for it would likely turn up your answer anyway..
