trojan horse

Hi I did a panda scan not long ago and found 2 trojans
which was disinfected. Im trying to find information
about these 2 trojans but can't find any info. These are
the names of the trojans... Trj/P2E.A C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
\EGAUTH.dll and the other 1 is Trj/P2E.A CWINDOWS\SYSTEM32
\p2esocks_1014.dll . I would appreciate if someone can
help me out and if im still safe after the disinfection.
