Trojan horse virus

Please help! I have the virus Trojan horse downloader
Istbar.4.H and my virus scanner won't budge it or
quarantine it.

Hi Patti,
I went into regedit as they suggested but couldn't find
any of the subkeys so am lost to know where to go from
here. Any more suggestions please?

Hi Judy,

Restart in Safe mode by hitting F8 as the system first begins to load. Logon
as administrator and run a full system scan with your antivirus software.

Perhaps the files that your virus scanner is finding as infected are in your
System Restore folders. Follow the directions here to disable and then
re-enable System Restore (this will purge ALL restore points):
