Trojan Horse in msinfo.exe

Please assist:

Norton's antivirus identified a trojan horse in my msinfo.exe located in C:\undo\backup.cab. Norton's was unable to fix, quaratine or delete the file. I went to Norton's support and walked through their steps in manually removing the file and deleting any information in the keys via regedit but when I run the scan again, the file is still there and infected. Is there another way to around cleaning or deleting this file? Thanks.

Trojans are stealthy and not always found by anti-virus
software. If you find suspicious processes running or task
manager or regedit is being killed after opening, you might
want to try one of the following tools to check for trojans
(after scanning with at least two anti-virus tools to get
rid of the easy stuff).

DiamondCS TDS-3 - Trojan Defence Suite (TDS), leading
anti-trojan system for Windows: http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/
