Hi, My problem is that my virus med identified a file as
a trojan horse (downloader keenval,n) located in the
restore files and tells me to run the program to delete
the file but when I run the virus med to get rid of it,
the program can't find the file. So I tried to manually
find the restore files and delete it myself but I'm
afraid of deleting the wrong file. What are my options?
Can anyone help me.....please?

Your virus scan won't clean system restore files because they are protected
by Windows. You must disable System Restore and reboot (preferably into
SafeMode) and run your virus scan. Then reboot and turn System Restore back
on.
