trojan horse dialer

Please can anyone help me with this. I got rid of this
trojan with my anti-virus but then window comes up with a
warning sign when i reboot.
windows system32\msa64chk.dll. It says it cannot find
it. I tried system restore but it did not work. Can
anyone help me, how to orestore this missing file.
