You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.
The virus has infected your System Restore folder (system volume information).

I have yet again got a trojan horse

what antivirus program are you using that lets this keep happening?
Do you open every email you get and run every program you see?
Do you use kazaa or some other trojan program??

Hi

You can turn SR off/on again, but you will lose any existing checkpoints:

Right click My Computer, select Properties and then the System Restore tab.
Enable 'Turn off System Restore on all drives' and reboot your PC. After
that 1st reboot go back into SR and disable 'Turn off System Restore on all
drives' and reboot your PC again. After that 2nd reboot you should have one
new SR checkpoint.
