trojan downloader.small.dh & system restore

Hi, can anyone help: got a message from AVG Resident Shield that Trojan
horse Downloader.Small.DH is found in C:\System Volune
Information\_restore{....
and to run AVG to remove (this does not work- maybe AVG doesn't pick up
trojans?). I searched the net and found suggestions like switching off
system restore in Control Panel - System - System restore tab ....the System
box in the Control Panel on tnis WinXP Professional does not display any
System Restore tab even when logged on as Administrator.
Also can't get access to C:\System Volume Information to delete te infected
file.
I have also run Spybot and removed all in fected files found but nothing
seems to remove the trojan.
Any suggestions?

Completely Lost

If you have the "Use Heuristics" box checked on the AVG control panel then
it sees some internet scripts as being Trojans but they really are not
Trojans. Don't worry about it. :)
