tring to download on to phone

says remove the writ protection or use another disk when i try to do this
any help will be appreciated
 
You are trying to copy exactly what and how exactly is the phone connected
to the PC? What make and model is the phone... are you connecting via cable,
bluetooth, IrDA?

More info needed.
