Trimming images in powerpoint

Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway that you can
trim the edges of an image in powerpoint easily with your
mouse, without having to go into the manual trimming
option under format object.

Right-click the picture and check to be sure the Picture toolbar is showing.
On that toolbar is a crop tool. Click it and then drag the marks in on the
edges of the picture to crop. Deselect when done.
