Tried to create an at home network

Computer 1 now cannot log on, and system is saying that IP address is already
being used...Please help.

Unfortunately, you haven't told us anything about your computers or the
network or what you did so we can't give you focused help.

Make sure you describe clearly what is happening. For instance, does
"cannot log on" mean that you can't get into Windows or just that it
can't join the network?
