trial_setup.msi- Alcohol 120

I had Alcohol 120 v.1.9.2.1705 installed into my computer and McAfee virus
program found a virus in the .exe file. Now I am having trouble deleting the
program from my computer so that I can reinstall a cleaner version. Does
anyone know how I can completely remove this program? Add and remove programs
didn't work because it's looking for a particular file called:
"trial_setup.msi" that's not there anymore.

Hi,

Reinstall the original version of Alcohol and then uninstall it from
Add/remove programs.

I can't reinstall it. It tells me that I have to get rid of the previous
version first.
And I can't delete it.
