Trial Version of FrontPage 2003 problem

I just installed the trial version I got from MS and when
it starts, ther is no option to create a new file. "File
New" is dimmed. Anyone know how to correct this? Thanks.
 
This may sound off the wall, but try rebooting your PC and see if that
helps.
