Trial expired

Now in an effort to go blindly in the dark to BCM to work I am getting
messages that the trial has expired. Yes I loaded standard and then
unloaded. I loaded prof and couldn't get bcm so unloaded. I loaded sbm to
bcm and couldn't so unloaded. Now I have prof loaded and no bcm and no trial
left.

Is this supposed to be this difficult? And worst part is there is no place
to go for help.

I am soooo frustrated! Can anyone point me to a competive product to
office so I can stop this insanity. I have now been working on this for 15
straight hours and it has just gotten progressively worse.

And no one responds.

Tom,

I would try to give you some information. Hopefully that will answer your
questions. Based on all the information you have given, I am guessing that
you are installing a Beta version of BCM on Office final release.

1. First of all, BCM is not supported on Standard version of Office. In one
of your emails, you mentioned that you had standard Office.

2. Second, when you say Office CD2, I am not sure what version of BCM you
have and where did you get the CD. If you have downloaded a professional or
small business edition from trial web-site, you will need to download BCM
from the same location. There is "Download2" button on the download page.
Before you install BCM, make sure to remove any pre-release version of BCM.
You will need to remove following components from add/remove programs if
they appear there.
a. Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 (Beta)
b. 2007 Microsoft Office System Primary Interop Assemblies (Beta)
c. Microsoft Office Small Business Connectivity Components
d. Microsoft Office Accounting 2007

3. In terms of trial licensing, once you install Office with a product key
that is provided to you on trial web-site, you will need to activate Office.
Once the activation is successful you get 60-days. If you have further
question on trial and licensing, I would recommend searching in Office
newsgroup. Try microsoft.public.office.setup. You can post you question
there and some expert licensing will be able to help you.

I hope this information helps.

It wasn't a 2nd cd but a second file.
None of your a, b, c, or d are listed in the add remove programs.

The trial is back up because I renamed data.dat and an ?op12.dat? and ran
set up again.

BCM is still grayed out.

Any other guesses to get this running?
