Trayman disappear intermittently

My trayman sometime appear and sometimes disappear. I have not got
the pattern when it appears and disappear. Any idea why and how to
resolve this ? Thanks.

If the "Tray Manager" you're referring to is the utility from PCMag
that hides icons in the tray, try PS Tray Factory at
http://www.pssoftlab.com/. While not free, it works better. I had
the same problem with Tray Manager

This is a PC Magazine utility. The Tray Manager icon itself sometimes
disappear from my system tray which is giving me problems... cause I
can't access those icons that are hidden by it !!!

Check with whomever makes it....it isn't part of Windows, and I don't have
it (or believe I need it) so I can't provide more help.
