Transparent Outlook 2010

I recently purchased Office 2010 Pro Plus through my wife's employer. It
installed without a hitch, but Outlook kept locking up on me. I could run
Office Diagnostics & it would be ok for a day or two, then the same thing
would happen. The last time it would show the opening flash screen & then
would show the program was open in the toolbar & the system tray, but
nothing on the screen! I had to uninstall it as we use Outlook so much & I
don't have time to troubleshoot problems on a daily basis! I want to
reinstall 2010 but can't afford to until this problem is corrected! I have
Window 7 Ultimate & all of the updates & patches are up to date. It is
running on a Asus P5NE-SLI motherboard with a dual core Intel cpu with 1 TB
of storage & 2 GB of ram & Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus. Any
idea what my problem might be????
