Transparent image in background

Help! How do I insert a picture file (jpeg) in a
spreadsheet so that it is in the background an semi-
transparent when I print the sheet? Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you want a watermark. This is my standard reply

Try this for a picture

If you insert a Autoshape to your sheet you can place
a picture in it(change transperancy to your needs)
