Translate option won't install

Hello

After setting up Office 2003 on a new computer, I can not use the
'translate' function when I highlight a word.

Word wants to install a component but even when I put the CD in the reader,
it says it can't find it.

I have a similar problem with a component of Outlook

Any ideas please?

Best to direct this question to the office.setup newsgroup, I think. Someone
there, who deals regularly with installation questions, might have an idea...
