Transferring PST files

I am trying to transfer my Outlook PST files from one computer to another,
both with Outlook 2002. I have compied them to a CD but they copy with read
only checked, although not checked in the original file. When I try to open
Outlook with them I get a message that I don't have permission to open the
file. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any file you write to a CD will acquire a read only attribute.
Copy it back to a hard drive and remove that attribute.
