Transferring messages from old computer (XP, Outlook Express) to new (Vista, Windows Mail)

How can I tranfer my old email messages? I have a lot! I would actually be
transferring from one computer to another. I have a flash drive (4GB).
Does Windows Mail explain this process somewhere?
