Transferring from one calendar to another

I've looked through past posts and can't see this question, so...

at work (Outlook 2002, MS Exchange server, Win2k) i have my personal
calendar in outlook and also a group/network calednar for our department.

i also have a new compaq ipaq which i want to synchronise with both
calendars, so either: -
- have the synchronisation access both calendars whilst online or,
- have my personal outlook calendar pick up all entries from the group
calendar, then just have the ipaq sync with my personal calednar (as it
currently does)

i think i prefer the second option. can anyone think how i would do either
of these?

ActiveSync can sync only one calendar.

Folder-to-folder synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync for several possible solutions.
