Transferring Files

I have just purchased a new computer and want to tranfer
files from my old computer to the new one. I'm referring
to files like "Favorites" listed on my Internet Explorer
and file cabinet data and addresses from Outlook
Express. Can anyone help me?

1. What is "file cabinet data"?
2. The Favorites can simply be copied from the old to the new
FAVORITES folder via a floppy.
3. For OE: "How to Move Mail Folders Between Two Computers in OLEXP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=257499). The addres book is a
{username}.WAB file which you can copy to the new computer and then
add to your new address book via File > Import.
