Transferring Favorites folder

I got a new system and I want to copy my Favorites folder
from the old system IE to the new system's IE. Where do I
find that folder?

Which version of windows are you using?

If xp or 2000 then look where your user profile is stored
i.e. D:\Documents and Settings\<logon name>\
there should be a favorites folder there
