transferring contacts

I need to transfer all of my contacts from my pc to my laptop which outlook
file contains contacts? I have run a search for personal address book but
there doesn't appear to be one. Can I import contacts via a wireless
connection from my pc directly to my laptop or put the file into shared
documents. What is the best way.
 
All Outlook data is in the same file. The file you need is your Personal
Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are
stored. The safest way to transfer Contacts is simply to open the PST file
in which they reside and copy them into the PST of the installation to which
you want them transferred.
