transferring address book

I just got a new laptop, acer, and wonder how I can transfer my address book
from my outlook on my pc to windows mail in this new computer? the computers
are networked.

Open your OE address book>on its file menu choose export.
Copy that file to your Vista machine via a thumb drive or network.
Open WM>file menu>import>windows contacts>navigate to the saved file.
