Transferred pst files - forgot password

I transferred a pst file to another hard disk from Outlook 2000 to 2003, but
forgot the password. The old hard disk has been formatted. Is there a way to
retrieve the password?

Microsoft does not have a tool to recover personal folder passwords. A third
party tool would need to be used in order to retrieve it.

Perhaps someone could make a recommendation on third party tool.

Can somebody suggest a FREE software to crack the password?

Guess my case is a little tricky coz the file were transferred to a new hard
disk. Could it due to the old hard disk was a FAT system but new one is NTFS?

If the PST is still the ANSI format (i.e., OL 97-2002), then this should
work:
