Transfering Vista and contents to a new drive

I have a dell laptop that I am upgrading the hard drive on. I also ordered a
external enclosure to put my existing drive in. Does Vista have a program or
can someone recommend a program for Vista where I can transfer my entire
contents from the old drive over to the new drive. I will temporarly put the
new drive in the enclosure and connect it to the laptop via usb. Once I'm
done I will take the new drive out of the enclosure and swap the old drive
for it and put the old drive in the enclosure.

Almost any disk imaging process will be able to do this. I use and recommend
Acronis True Image.
