Transfering to new PC?

I just bought a new XP machine and was wondering if there is any software
available to help me transfer over my files and settings etc?

Files and settings transfer wizard :
Start | All Programs | Accessories | System tools | Files and settings tranfer wizard

Since you provide absolutely no information of what you are
transferring from or to and how, then the only answer I can give is:

That would be your Files and Settings Transfer Wizard found under
Accessories ... System Tools on the XP machine.
