Transfering .pst

Alright here is my dilemma:

I am trying to transfer archived email from one person’s computer to another
both of which are using 2003. I had one make a .pst file but I can’t get it
to open on the other person’s computer. I have cleared the “read onlyâ€
attribute, I have put it into the folder with the other .pst’s, I have tried
to import it, and I have tried to straight out open it. As this is pretty
important info I need to get into these files! Anyone know what I should be
doing??
