Transfering mail + addresses

Hi,

I currently use Outlook experess as my email handler. I
would like to switch over to Outlook. How do I transfer
the mail and the addresses I already have in Express to
Outlook?

Any help would be appreciated!
 
First configure Outlook with your e-mail account.
Then you can use File-> Export from within OE to transfer your data to
Outlook
